Having our entire organization at one location ensures a consistency in service delivery and culture not found at multi-location organizations. As a group the senior management team at Ashbridge reviews the status of every client on a weekly basis. This brings a wide variety of skill sets to bear on every client, ensuring you are always getting our best ideas.

Our senior managers do not simply recommend money managers based on information from the “home office”. Being in one location allows us to have a manager selection and monitoring process that is highly collaborative and also ensures there is a consistent application of policies on investment managers in terms of style and process. All senior managers participate in the selection of new money managers. We speak with each manager quarterly and all of senior management participates in this process hearing first hand the thinking of the money managers utilized in client portfolios.
