Ashbridge's investment services and customized reporting capabilities are complemented with various family office facilities that include administrative, fiduciary and planning services. Family education services are performed in-house while certain other, services, are obtained from independent providers. In all cases, family office services are seamlessly integrated with investment and reporting services by the "Ashbridge client team".

Education of Family Members - Ashbridge works with family leaders to educate family members regarding family governance, intergenerational planning and investment issues. The goal of this service is to empower family members, who may currently lack investment expertise, to more fully participate in the family's financial affairs.

Outsourced Personal Financial Services - Personal accounting and bill paying are arranged for clients utilizing outside prescreened resources specializing in such activities as the collection of invoices and payment of household expenses, preparation of budgets and personal financial statements, the management of household payrolls and the preparation of relevant tax returns and the management of insurance claims. Regardless of the required service, the work is overseen by Ashbridge personnel to ensure coordination of the activity with the client’s investment program.

Outsourced Family Office Services - We coordinate a variety of other specialized programs with pre-screened outside providers to ensure access to best in breed skills. Tax preparation and planning services are provided by independent firms, overseen by one of our in-house CPAs. Estate planning and philanthropic advice are delivered by world-class providers and coordinated by Ashbridge personnel specifically skilled in these particular areas. Trust, custody and fiduciary services are outsourced to the client's established relationship or to other institutions sourced by Ashbridge for quality of service and pricing.
