Charles B. Grace, Jr., Chairman & CEO

Charles Grace was appointed President of Ashbridge Corporation in 1961. Beginning in 1981, he began devoting all of his time to Ashbridge Corporation, managing the investment portfolios of the Grace family. Mr. Grace founded Ashbridge Investment Management in 1992 to offer Ashbridge Corporation's services to other substantial investors, and since that time he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for both firms.

Prior to 1981, Mr. Grace was employed as a member of the Corporate Finance Department of Drexel and Company and later became a principal of the investment firm of Smith Barney, Harris Upham working in their corporate finance departments in New York and Paris.

Mr. Grace is a graduate of Princeton University and the Wharton School of Business Administration and served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the teaching staff at the Wharton School for two years after obtaining his MBA from the institution. Mr. Grace serves as a trustee of various civic and cultural organizations.
